Oakdale, NY Breslin Realty completed the sale of the former Meineke Car Care Center and property at 1230 Montauk Hwy.

The 17,424 s/f property was purchased for $1.2 million. The purchaser intends to use the property as the site of a future gas station & convenience store.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Bill de Seve and Russ Lico of the Breslin Organization.
