Orlando, FL Margaritaville Resort Orlando has unveiled a first look at its vacation cottages.
The vacation homes and overall design of Margaritaville Resort Orlando is led by the McBride Company. “Inspired by Key West, Bahamas, Jamaica, coastal Carolina, the Florida Keys, and towns along the Gulf Coast, these homes are designed to reflect those diverse architectural styles and periods while capturing that unmistakable Margaritaville paradise,” said Pat McBride, CEO of The McBride Co., which has worked with Margaritaville for close to 20 years, designing the look and feel of the brand for each property. “Together, the project teams selected dozens of atmospheric architectural details intended to transport visitors, both mentally and physically, to the Margaritaville state of mind.”
“We are thrilled to showcase unique and one-of-a-kind vacation homes, which will truly let owners and renters escape to paradise through Margaritaville-inspired architecture and theming,” said James Bagley, project developer at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. “Once we open, Margaritaville Resort Orlando will be a relaxing and fun vacation destination, where travelers can check in, chill out and create unforgettable memories.”
When it opens its doors in late 2018, Margaritaville Resort Orlando will feature 1,000 units including a mix of resort vacation homes, cottages, villas, and timeshare units. With a casual-luxe design and colorful exteriors, these homes will embody Margaritaville’s laid-back lifestyle with an authentic, “no worries” tropical vibe and an escape to the islands experience.
Renters and homeowners will have access to all the development’s amenities and offerings, including the dining and entertainment district, swimming areas with a variety of tropical cocktails, a 12-acre water park, 200,000 s/f of retail space, recreation activities such as paddle boarding and snorkeling, and more.
