Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year, 7,200 s/f lease at 148 W. 37th St. for fashion company Angel Sanchez. A new showroom installation will be built for the showroom, office and design space. Jeffrey Schwartz and Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while James Buslik represented the landlord.
