Bronx, NY Gina Watson, associate broker at KZA Realty Group, has received the Realtor Associate of the Year Award from the Bronx-Manhattan Association of Realtors at the organization’s 93rd annual banquet.
“Since joining our firm in 2012, Gina has worked tirelessly to master the commercial real estate market and improve her knowledge and her skills,” said Kathy Zamechansky, president of KZA. “It is gratifying to see that others also recognize her talents.”
Since joining KZA as Zamechansky’s assistant, Watson became a licensed salesperson in 2013. She earned her broker license in 2016 and this year, she became an associate broker at KZA. So far, she has completed $10 million in commercial sales and leases across the Bronx, Harlem and Westchester County
Watson earned an associate degree at Westchester Community College in Visual Arts and has been accepted to study Business at Penn State University’s World Campus.
She is also in the process of obtaining Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.
A resident of Morris Park in the Bronx for more than two decades, she recently relocated to Briarcliff Manor, New York. She is committed to community involvement and is a proud, regular supporter of the St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the ASPCA.

Other major award recipients include President’s Award winner Sandra Erickson at Sandra Erickson Real Estate and Realtor of the Year Stephen Wolinetz at Wolinetz Management. New York City Council Member Ritchie Torres, the evening’s keynote speaker, received the Distinguished Service Award.
