NYS senator Breslin joins Hiscock & Barclay, LLP

Neil Breslin has joined Hiscock & Barclay, LLP. He brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, torts litigation, and trusts and estates law to the firm. He also serves as NYS senator representing the 46th district. He participates in many professional organizations including the character and fitness committee for the Appellate Division, 3rd Dept., the National Council of Insurance Legislators, and the NYS Bar Association. He is a graduate of Fordham University and received his law degree from the University of Toledo Law School.
