North Manhattan Construction's The Bridges North repositioned

"El Barrio" is about to get its first luxury residential rental building.  According to North Manhattan Construction, developer of The Bridges NYC, two new construction buildings located on the eastern corners of 124th St. and 3rd Ave., its 18-unit North building, which is available for immediate occupancy, will be repositioned as a high-end rental property.   "As the market changes, we've seen a greater demand for higher quality rentals in East Harlem," said Michael Waldman, president of North Manhattan Construction. "Like The Bridges South across the street, all residences in the North building will boast contemporary interiors, spacious layouts and high-end condominium accoutrements such as Asko washer/dryer units in every apartment and private storage bins in the basement."  The Bridges North consists of two and three-bedroom, two-bathroom residences ranging from 1,200 to 1,700 s/f.
