Rupprecht and Feinberg of CBRE/Syracuse complete $1.8m sale

Mark Rupprecht and Bart Feinberg of CBRE/Syracuse, in partnership with CBRE/Saddle Brook, N.J., represented Eber Brothers Wine & Liquor in the $1.8 million sale of their facility at 4529 Crown Rd., according to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE/Syracuse. New York Bakery, represented by JF Real Estate, purchased the 72,350 s/f building.
