What trends are you seeing so far this year? Due to lack of inventory on the industrial leasing side, building owners will let a broker and their customers do a walk through property inspection of a facility before it is even available. If an existing tenant hesitates to re-sign their lease or starts playing games negotiating or does not commit to re-signing their present lease to secure their location months in advance they could be at risk of losing their site.
