New York, NY Sara Agudelo has joined the NYC design and planning firm of Montroy Andersen DeMarco (MADGI) as job captain. She is currently working on several retail and office projects throughout the U.S. These include six Zara stores; a new management office at the Lincoln Center in Manhattan; and upgrades to the four-story, 326,000 s/f HUB LIC office and retail building in the LIC section of Queens.

Prior to joining MADGI, Agudelo worked as Junior Architect at RMR Architecture. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Syracuse University School of Architecture in 2013.

With a total value of current projects in excess of $500 million, Building Design & Construction ranks MADGI and its affiliate Montroy DeMarco Architects as the 88th largest design and architectural studio in the U.S.

The studio recently served as the architect for two of the most prominent restaurants and tourist attractions in Manhattan: One World Observatory – the 90,000 s/f observation deck and retail space atop the new World Trade Center, and the renovated landmark Rainbow Room on top of 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
