Britvan of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island and O’Brien of M.C. O’Brien among SIOR’s top 100 deals

New York, NY The Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR) has revealed its top 100 office deals for 2016. 

Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of Commercial Realty Services of L.I. along with William O’Brien, SIOR, president of M.C. O’Brien, located in Brooklyn, were amongst the top 100 office transactions for the 42,000 s/f, $22 million lease transaction relocating the headquarters of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg.

In 2016, nearly 650 SIOR members reported close to 2,000 transactions totaling $8.6 billion in leases and sales.
