Brooklyn, NY According to Newmark Holdings, a vertically integrated owner, operator, property manager and developer of commercial real estate, vintage shop 10 Ft. Single by Stella Dallas has signed a 7,000 s/f retail lease renewal at 285 North 6^th St. The five-story, 40,000 s/f, mixed-use building is located in Williamsburg and was acquired by Newmark Holdings earlier this year.

Newmark Holdings’ co-CEOs Brian Steinwurtzel and Eric Gural, represented the ownership.

The building, a former warehouse, will feature large view dynamic glass windows throughout that offer excellent natural light, full boutique sized floors that are approximately 5,500 s/f, hardwood floors, wood columns with open ceilings and exposed wood beams. The building will also feature an exclusive courtyard, a fully renovated elevator, restrooms on each floor and building lobby. It is just a short walk from the Bedford L stop and close to the G train. Williamsburg has, since the early 2000s, become a residential and commercial hub.
