CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo has completed negotiations of a long-term lease renewal to the Federal Bankruptcy Court at Olympic Towers located at 300 Pearl St. in the downtown area. The Bankruptcy Court will continue to occupy 23,500 s/f. CBRE|Buffalo represents the landlord for the leasing and property management at the 140,000 s/f multi-story Olympic Towers office building.
