New York, NY William Abramson and Matthew Olden of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC arranged a 2,400 s/f lease to ERS Restaurant, Inc. at 312 West 23rd St., The retail portion contains 1,900 s/f with an additional 500 s/f in the basement. The tenant was respresented by Hazm Aliessa of Tower Brokerage Inc. The new Italian restaurant will take the place of Patsy’s. The landlord is Chelsea London Company, LLC.
