New York, NY The leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman’s retail group have arranged a lease at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. for Café Dandy. It is the newest dining concept by the Harlem-based restaurant group responsible for such highly-acclaimed local destinations as Lenox Saphire on Lenox and 127th St., and Patisserie des Ambassades, on Fredrick Douglas Blvd. and 118th St. The new patisserie and café, located between 114th and 115th Sts., is featuring a full-service menu and will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining. Surrounded by stately apartment buildings and an eclectic mix of restaurants and retail, neighboring businesses include Mo’s Sneaker Spot, Make My Cake, Cantina and JS Cycle. “The owners of Café Dandy are already established in the neighborhood with locations on the two most sought-after dining corridors in Harlem,” said Consolo. “Their restaurants have a loyal following, which should quickly drive traffic to this newest outpost.” Said Maglio, “The southern portion of Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. is like a bridge between two strong foodie neighborhoods, Harlem and the Upper West Side. In   many ways, the street is reminiscent of European corridors with its mix of residents, restaurants and retails, so there’s an immediate customer base in the waiting.” Consolo and Maglio exclusively represent the landlord and the tenant.
