• $33 million for two six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing 91 units in Upper Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $23.5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 70 units on DeKalb Ave., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
• $10 million for a three-story commercial building comprised of 33,200 s/f on Southern Blvd., Bronx. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $8.5 million for the gut renovation of an existing six-story building to be converted into five apartments with ground floor retail space on East 80th St., Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior broker, and Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $8.5 million for a retail condominium unit comprised of 3,340 s/f in the West Village of Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
• $8.5 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 25 apartments and 2,400 s/f of commercial space in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing.
