Haleigh Evangelista, assistant property manager for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS), has been awarded the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ARM certification is earned by managers of residential real estate properties who have met the institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education and experience and who pledge to abide by a code of professional ethics that is strictly enforced by IREM. Evangelista oversees a scattered portfolio of 125 units in the Ithaca area.
IREM has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 70 years. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM is one of the only professional real estate management associations serving both the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. With 82 U.S. chapters, seven international chapters, and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry.
