New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $121.524 million for the following 12 properties:
• $37 million for a 14-story apartment building containing 69 units and 5,500 s/f of commercial space, located in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $35 million for four six-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 104 apartments and eight retail stores, located in the East Village section of Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $17.5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 43 apartments and 5,600 s/f of commercial space, located on Newtown Ave. in Queens. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.
• $9.6 million combined financing for two six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 159 units and two offices, located in Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
• $4.65 million for a five-story apartment building containing 27 units, located on Phelan Place in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
• A second mortgage in the amount of $4 million for a six-story apartment building containing 33 units and 12,500 s/f of commercial space, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
• $3.77 million for a six-story apartment building containing six units and one ground floor retail tenant, located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing.
• $3.25 million for a single-story commercial building comprised of 5,800 rentable s/f, located on Metropolitan Ave. in Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
