New York, NY According to Hunt Investment Management, Tom Duda has joined their team as an executive vice president.
Duda comes to Hunt from One William Street Capital Management where he served as a managing director and was a member of the firm’s investment team.
While at One William, he oversaw all of the firm’s acquisitions, portfolio construction, and risk management of investments spanning all areas of real estate and asset based lending. Specifically, Mr. Duda ran credit trading for One William’s residential mortgage portfolio, leading new investment initiatives to purchase single family rental debt transactions as well as credit risk transfer securities issued by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Prior to One William, Duda worked at Bear Stearns & Co. where he structured and traded real estate and asset backed securities.
Duda earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and will be based in Hunt’s New York City Office.
