BOMA members came out on a weekend day to lend a hand and help others clean up the city's streets during the annual Clean Sweep initiative held on May 17th.
Participants gathered in the Norton St. area where they were given their assignments and then set loose to clean up the neighborhood.
A special "thank you" from Kevin Telga and the BOMA committee for Community Partnership and public media goes out to the following participants for the May 17th event: Gail Cooley, Jim Monaco, Jim O'Reilly, John Maguire, Jim Coleman, and Jason Coleman.
Clean Sweep is an annual event that is sponsored by the city. Last year, more than 5,000 volunteers from throughout the area took part. The volunteers collected over 1,500 tons of debris. BOMA of Greater Rochester is proud to have been a participant in this year's event.
