Brooklyn, NY Developer Hope Street Capital has topped The Hendrik. The $85 million development, located at 509 Pacific St. in Boerum Hill, will feature open and light-filled residences when complete. Occupancy is expected for winter 2017-2018.
Designed by architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle, The Hendrik’s façade will feature handmade Petersen brick imported from Denmark. The Hendrik will feature two through four-bedroom homes. Most of the homes will feature private outdoor spaces, some of which are larger than 1,000 s/f. The general contractor is Triton.
The Hendrik residences will feature coveted details such as seven-inch wide hand-selected white oak hardwood flooring; 10 ft. ceiling heights throughout; 8 ft. Wausau windows; and custom 8 ft. doors throughout. Many homes will feature private terraces and/or a laundry/utility rooms with large-capacity LG front-loading washer and a vented gas dryer.
Residents will enter through a double-height lobby with custom-dyed polished concrete and paneled, ashed, white-oak walls. Additional amenities will include a landscaped rooftop terrace with city views, landscaped viewing garden designed by MPFP, a fitness center, a resident lounge, children’s playroom and library, pet spa, bike storage, on-site parking and 24-hour doorman service.
