Kenmore, NY Picone Construction Corp. has completed phase one of Kenmore Mercy Hospital’s renovations for their surgery holding and recovery unit. Phase one work included 15,000 s/f of build-out for their new 32-bed Ambulatory Surgery Unit. Build-out consisted of new gypsum wall board partitions, finishes, casework, medical headwall systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, HVAC and medical gas systems, and installation of owner-furnished items.

The architect of record is Kideney Architects.
