Superstructure of
465 Pacific Street tops out.
Brooklyn, NY Avery Hall Investments, in partnership with Aria Development Group, has topped out its 30-unit condominium project 465 Pacific St., designed by architect Morris Adjmi, in Boerum Hill.
The concrete superstructure has reached its full height and the final floor is being poured as the architect and development team prepare to start work on the façade. Morris Adjmi is at the vanguard of designers now redefining the borough’s built environment. As Adjmi did with his award-winning Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, 465 Pacific St. combines historical context with modern creative expression, offering a take on indoor-outdoor living with its large terraces, cabanas and rooftop spaces.
“Adjmi’s design delivers the best of both worlds—high-end amenities and a modern design sensibility that seamlessly integrates into Brownstone Brooklyn. This topping out is a major milestone in the construction of the project and allows work to start on the elegant brick façade that will give shape to Morris’ design. We’re also much closer to making 465 Pacific a reality for the purchasers who will be calling it home,” said Jesse Wark, principal and head of development at Avery Hall Investments.
“The passionate response to 465 Pacific St. among discerning buyers from Brooklyn, Manhattan and beyond speaks to the authenticity and thoughtfulness of the design. It has been great to partner with Avery Hall to bring this project to life at the heart of one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New York City,” said Joshua Benaim, founding principal, Aria Development Group.
Managed by Stribling Marketing Associates, sales at 465 Pacific quickly achieved the benchmark of over 90% sold in three months on the market.
