What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

Surprisingly we did lots of deals this year but I think its most notable that we just signed 6000 SF at 216 East 49th St. & 3000 s/f at 325 Lexington last week, both restaurants (on the same day).

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

The Poke craze, this is a trend that is sure to stay for a longtime, we’re currently working with three different operators.  

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

Work longer hours.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

Smaller retail spaces and smaller residential units.
