The notable transaction in 2016,  was the sale of one of the  Ropack Pharma facility, 110,000 s/f to a new generic pharma company, a division of Hetero based in India.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year? 

Health care expansion, across the board and I believe will continue

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017? 

The same drive  and persistence which I have maintained for the last 42 years, self-motivation

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017? 

Hard to say, a lot will be predicated on the new president, interest rates, and the changes for now which are unknown in our tax code.
