What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

Deals in 2016 produced just under $4.8 million in Upstate. There were six deals including a ski area called Snow Ridge in Turin, N.Y. Being a avid skier this was personally exciting to work with. The other deals were a plaza and two deals with ALDI.

During 2016, my peers suggested I join CCIM, NYSCAR and the Upstate NY chapter of CCIM, so I did. During 2017, I look forward to increasing my education and working with national deals.
