* David Tobin of Pergolis Swartz negotiated a $10.2 million permanent loan for a multifamily apartment building on Riverside Dr.
* Tobin arranged a $6.5 million permanent first mortgage for an 88-unit senior citizen garden apartment complex in Oakdale, Long Island.
* Tobin negotiated $4.75 million in permanent financing for a 76-unit garden apartment complex in Bayshore, Long Island.
* Barry Swartz of Pergolis Swartz obtained a $2.55 million permanent mortgage for a retail bank building in Garden City.
* Swartz arranged a $2.4 million permanent mortgage for a five-story walk-up apartment building on First Ave., Manhattan.
* Michael Volpe of Pergolis Swartz arranged a $2.2 million construction loan for a to be built five-story residential apartment building. The property will contain eight units located on 135th St., Briarwood.
* Jon Harrington obtained $2.1 million in permanent financing for a five-story mixed-use building with ground floor commercial and seven apartments in Ozone Park.
* Volpe obtained $1.6 million in construction financing for four to be built two-family homes in Brooklyn.
* Richard Pergolis of Pergolis Swartz arranged a $1.6 million second mortgage for a five-story elevator apartment building on Barrow St., Manhattan.
* Tobin obtained a $1.45 million permanent mortgage for a mixed-use property located in Perth Amboy, N.J.
