Not any one specifically, but overall, the market was very healthy for our industry, given low interest rates.

Gonna need to pound the pavement more, given the rise in interest rates

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

I believe that an increase in interest rates will lower real estate prices, thus enabling a lot more player to invest in CRE, not just the well-heeled, 1031, or foreign buyer.
