Brooklyn, NY According to Great American Brokerage, the firm has completed the sale of the Grand Central Oyster Bar located at 256 Fifth Ave. in Park Slope section.

Paul  Fetscher CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American acted for the buyer and seller in this transaction. The sale price was just under $1 million.

The space consists of 5,400 s/f on Ground Floor plus full basement, on Fifth Ave.

The buyer is The Best Restaurant Group, owner and operator of other Manhattan and Brooklyn restaurants.

The space will undergo renovations to combine the three townhouse spaces and establish a better customer flow and experience in this restaurant space.

The new buyers plan for an early 2017 opening of Cooks & Captains, a chef driven restaurant featuring a stone hearth oven and artisanal ingredients.
