Technical editor for appraisal firm

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of?

Appraisal Institute

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

I attended Appraisal Institute’s Leadership Development & Advisory Council for the second time this May. LDAC is an annual think tank where some of the country’s sharpest appraisal minds gather to brainstorm about the industry. It has been instrumental in legislative and industry changes. To be approved as an attendee means I am a part of that process which can affect change and the future

What have been some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor?

My mentor has guided me throughout my career. He has advised me on professional and personal decisions as well as given me opinions on some difficult assignments. He has also taught me to pay it forward. Being a mentor gives me the opportunity to learn from those newer or younger than me and be up-to-date.
