Hunt of Hunt Corporate completes 15,028 s/f lease for Cablevision Lightpath and renews 9,000 s/f for Ortho

Plainview, NY Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. arranged the following leases: • Cablevision Lightpath, Inc. (Jericho, NY) leased 15,028 s/f of flex space at 245 Newtown Rd. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates. Doug Omstrom of Jones Lang LaSalle (Melville) represented the tenant. • The Ortho Store has renewed their lease of 9,000 s/f of space at 245 Newtown Rd. Hunt is the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord/developer, Anton Cerrone Associates. Hunt represented the landlord.
