What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015?    I arranged for a number of visibility raising publishing opportunities and speaking engagements for firm partners. Notable and recent was Harriet Polinsky’s participation on the panel “Women on Top of their Industries”, at the New York Real Estate Expo this past November. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? Airbnb and illegal hoteling in New York City. Borah Goldstein was at the forefront of the landmark ruling in February. The firm has handled dozens of new eviction proceedings, some notable in the media. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? I will be working with partners to broaden our client base, but there will be an emphasis on developing relationships with current clients. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? We feel positive about the bright economic future for New York. Continuing growth in the boroughs is particularly exciting.
