CHPC honors BFC Partners and the Schafer Landing dev. team

On May 22, the Citizens Housing & Planning Council awarded BFC Partners and the Schaefer Landing development team, including All State Realty Associates, L&M Equity Partners and the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, with an Excellence in Planning Award for the development of Schaefer Landing, one of the first residential developments transforming the Williamsburg waterfront. The award was presented at the 49th Annual CHPC Luncheon held at the Marriott Marquis Times Sq.  BFC Partners is also the developer of Toren, a 38-story modern condominium of skyline-defining architecture that is currently rising in the downtown area.
