Albany, NY According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the firm has completed the following transactions:

• Steven Lerner and Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine and Phil Wagner of Realty USA brokered the sale of 1732 Central Ave. The sale price was $230,000. This property will be used for a car dealership.

• Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 10-year lease between Harbor Freight Tools and GBR Spencerport, LLC. The 18,216 s/f store is located at 6515 Brockport Spencerport Rd. in Brockport.

• Brownell and Feinman with Jim Lavelle of Widewaters Co. brokered a 10-year lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Oswego Bound, LLC. The 23,883 s/f store is located at 301 NYS Rte. 104 in Oswego.

• Feinman and Brownell brokered a 15- year ground lease between Texas Roadhouse and Wachs New Hartford Development, LLC. The 8,000 s/f restaurant will be located on a new pad site located at Price Chopper Plaza in New Hartford.

• Farrell brokered the lease between Acme Powerwashing, Inc. and Corning Hill Storage, LLC. The new business is located at 11 River Rd. in Glenmont.
