Sutton Real Estate brokers four transactions totaling $2.855 million

Baldwinsville, NY Sutton Real Estate Company completed the following transactions:

• A multi-tenant commercial building was sold by Andrea Bucci of Sutton. Bucci represented the seller of 33 Oswego St. and A&F Real Estate represented Albright Enterprises, Inc. in the $440,000 sale.

• The sale of a 43-bed student housing property in Cortland was brokered by Bucci for $1.525 million. Campus Life Now, LLC was the seller and the buyer was Cortland Campus View, LLC.

• St. Andrews Church in North Syracuse recently sold for $350,000 to the St. Mary & St. Mina Coptic Church for their new home. Bart Feinberg of Sutton represented the seller and Tim Macknik of Bridgeway Real Estate represented the buyer of the 24,000 s/f religious facilities.

• The Historic Caldwell and Ward Brass factory recently sold to JGH Properties, LLC. They will be converting the former 32,000 s/f factory into market rate apartments. JGH Properties was represented by Feinberg and the seller, Cabinet Fabrication Group, LLC, was represented by Joe Lewis of Sutton.
