Rochester, NY According to Buckingham Properties, The Upstate National Bank signed a long-term lease to move its corporate headquarters to 150 State St. The Upstate National Bank occupies 3,895 s/f on the third floor of the building. Buckingham demised and built-out the office headquarters to meet The Upstate National Bank’s requirements, including opening up the ceiling to the deck above. The space features several private offices, an open work area, a teller window, and ATM. “We are delighted with our new space,” said Kathleen Whelehan, president & CEO. “The build-out went very smoothly and the responsiveness with last minute adjustments was terrific.” Buckingham Properties acquired 150 State St. in 2002. The 78,000 s/f office building features smoked glass windows, and is now fully occupied.
