CBC Meridian now named Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate
Amherst, NY On October 1, a veteran commercial real estate partnership has a new name. Formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian, co-owned for the past 10 years by Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, the firm will now be called Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate. According to Tudor and Collins, the time was right, after 18 years each in the industry.
“We enjoyed our 10-year relationship with CBC, but we felt that we have built up our own reputation over the past 18 years and it was time to transition ourselves in the WNY market, emphasizing our own identities,” said Tudor. Tudor and Collins specialize in the tenant/buyer representation field, but also represent landlords and sellers in listing and marketing their commercial properties, which include: warehouse & distribution, industrial, manufacturing, flex, office, medical, retail, restaurants, and multifamily properties.
Tudor and Collins are also very involved in the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Both are past chapter presidents; recently Tudor was elected to the board of directors and is the chapter’s controller; Collins was elected to the board and is currently serving as the Secretary and the Program Committee chairwoman. Tudor and Collins are also actively involved in other local organizations, like Working for Downtown, UB’s CEL program, and with their daughters’ schools.
