Both buildings, 14,462 s/f and 14,898 s/f, feature private on-site parking and are located in the heart of Armory Sq. The seller was represented by Tyler Rombough and Grazi Zazzara, with the Icon Companies. The buyer was Dylan Bruns of JF Real Estate.
