New York, NY As part of its Breakfast Forum Series, New York Law School’s Center for Real Estate Studies and Center for New York City Law hosted “Celebrating 100 Years of NYC Zoning:  Setting the Future Agenda for Developers and Policy Makers.”  The event was held on November 30th at the Law School’s Tribeca campus. Ross Moskowitz, partner, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP served as moderator of the discussion for the cast of panelists:  Commissioner Vicki Been, New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development; New York City council member David Greenfield, chair of the committee on land use; Ron Moelis, Esq., CEO and founder L+M Development Partners, Inc.; and Andrew Kimball, CEO, Industry City.
