DNA Development and TOWN New Development sell out 32-unit Prospect Heights condominium
Brooklyn, NY DNA Development LLC and TOWN New Development has sold out 280 St. Marks Ave., a 32-unit, locally-inspired condominium building located between Vanderbilt and Underhill Aves. in the Prospect Heights neighborhood. TOWN New Development, led by Shlomi Reuveni, was the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the property and sold out the building in 10 months, with half the units selling within the first six weeks after its launch in November 2015.
With exterior architecture and interior design by DXA studio, 280 St. Marks Ave. showcases locally produced fixtures and finishes that pay homage to the neighborhood’s classic feel. The building is comprised of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes. Construction will be complete in early 2017.
