GCP Capital Group arranges 12 mortgages totaling $119.45m million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $119.45 million for the following 12 transactions:

• $28.6 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 77 apartments with 18,000 s/f of commercial space, located in the East Village section of Manhattan.  Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $15.225 million for a four-story and two six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 135 apartments and one commercial unit, located in the Prospect Heights and Clinton Hill sections. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.   

• Second mortgage financing in the combined amount of $12.8 million for two six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 68 units with 15,000 s/f of commercial space, located on Broadway in Manhattan.  Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $10 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 81 units, located on Newtown Ave., Queens. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $9 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 31 units and two commercial units, located on Mulberry St. in Manhattan.  Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $9 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 44 units and one ground floor retail unit, located on Fort Washington Ave., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. 

• $6.85 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 49 units, located on West 148th St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. 

• $6.7 million for two six-story multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 48 units, located on East 34th St. in Manhattan.  Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $6.175 million for a six-story multifamily apartment building containing 76 units, located on 89th Ave., Queens.  Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $6.1 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing nine apartments and 2,500 s/f of ground floor retail space, located on Second Ave. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $6 million for a seven-story multifamily apartment building containing 48 units, located on Pacific St. in Brooklyn. Classi arranged the financing.

• A $3 million second mortgage for a five-story multifamily building containing 53 apartments, located on West 105th St. in Manhattan.   Greenbaum arranged the financing.
