Manhattan, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., Landmark Worldwide LLC signed a 15-year lease covering 48,713 s/f for the entire concourse level 315 West 33rd St. a/k/a The Olivia. “We are delighted that Landmark will retain its NYC headquarters at The Olivia,†said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green. “Landmark has been a valued tenant since the date the building was constructed in 2000.â€Â

Situated between 33rd and 34th Streets and Eighth and Ninth Aves., the Olivia is a mixed-use, 36-story residential/commercial tower whose other commercial tenants include the AMC Lowes Movie Theatre and Music Choice.
