Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) recently completed these five sales totaling $12.68 million:
* A 20-ft. wide, mixed-use building at 318 East 62nd St. on the Upper East Side was sold in a transaction valued at $3.9 million. The vacant property contains 6,160 s/f with 1,872 s/f of air rights. The property sold for $633.12 per s/f to a local investor. MK broker Clint Olsen exclusively represented the seller and Rachel Mizrahi of Domain Properties assisted.
* A 4,000 s/f building at 31-25/26 Thomson Ave. in Queens, was sold in a transaction valued at $2 million. The two-story retail property contains 2,800 s/f and an additional 6,000 s/f of air rights. The property sold for $500 per s/f to a developer. MK broker Ken Hillman exclusively represented the seller.
* MK has sold a three-story, mixed-use property with a 20-car valet parking lot at 8325 5th Ave., Brooklyn in a transaction valued at $2.48 million. The 26' x 109' property contains three stores, four apartments and an office. The property contains 7,194 s/f and was sold for $344.73 per s/f to a local investor. MK broker Stephen Palmese exclusively represented the seller.
* MK sold a single story retail building at 1183-1189 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn in an all-cash transaction valued at $2.15 million.
