
New York, NY On September 8th, developer Steiner NYC, invited brokers, neighborhood partners and guests to celebrate the premier of the penthouse collection at Steiner East Village, a residential condominium located at 438 East 12th St.
The party was hosted on-site in Penthouse E – one of eight penthouse homes – which sold earlier this year for $11 million. Guests were able to experience the ceiling heights and views of the space, while enjoying fare from East Village eateries including Babu Ji, Death & Co., Gnocco, Harry & Ida’s, Ducks Eatery, Hearth, Milk Bar and Westville.
During the event, Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, who head up sales and marketing for Steiner East Village, unveiled the additional sale of PHA, which sets a new bench mark in pricing for the neighborhood, as well as the release of PHB to the market – a three-bedroom home with soaring 13-ft. plus ceiling heights, walls of glass that frame protected views of the city skyline, and two private terraces.
