New York, NY Thor Equities, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has appointed Kristin Luciano as associate counsel. Luciano will be responsible for providing strategic counsel on all legal and contractual matters for Thor including retail leases, construction contracts and service agreements. “We are excited to welcome Kristin to the company,” said Melissa Gliatta, COO of Thor Equities.  “As we continue to grow and expand our operations, she will be an integral part of our corporate and legal team.” Previously, Luciano was the sole in-house attorney for Town Residential for more than three years, responsible for overseeing all legal issues at the firm.  Prior to Town, she was a judicial law clerk in New Jersey Superior Court. Luciano graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law, and has a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.  She is licensed as an attorney in both New York and New Jersey.
