New York, NY Adler Windows has opened their second N.Y. location and their first showroom at 350 7th Ave., Ste. 1103. The expansion was needed for more office space and a presence in the city.
The new 1,400 s/f facility will serve as sales, estimating and marketing offices, as well as a conference meeting space for activities related to the company’s comprehensive fenestration services. A series of evening receptions in late June, attended by over 150 design and construction professionals, marked the grand opening of the space.
With the opening of the new space, Jamaica, NY-based Adler Windows joins an extremely select group of window and door companies to have a showroom or any presence at all in Manhattan. The Adler showroom features a wide assortment of full-size functioning windows and doors, suitable for virtually every commercial, residential, historic and institutional renovation or new construction project. Created as a fenestration resource and design center for owners, architects, general contractors and other construction professionals to collaborate with Adler on their projects, the new showroom displays windows from top national window and door manufacturers such as Marvin, Zola, Crystal, Optimum, Parrett and Universal.
“Having a presence in Manhattan, in the heart of the city’s design and construction community, is a big plus for us,” said Ross Adler, president of Adler Windows. “With this space we will be much closer to our clients and to our major projects. The new facility also adds needed space since the company has expanded our sales team with four new members in the past three months alone and we are quickly outgrowing our Jamaica headquarters.”
Adler’s new private conference facility will be used by the company for project meetings with building owners, general contractors, architects and specifiers. Equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia technology, the conference space will also be used to host numerous AIA accredited fenestration related continuing education courses given by manufacturers and open for all area design and construction professionals. Adler Windows has grown rapidly since its 1986 founding in Queens by Gary Adler. Joined by his son Ross nine years ago, the company now boasts 80 employees and handles all types of commercial and residential window projects throughout the New York metro area. The company’s phenomenal growth has been recognized by Inc. Magazine in its annual national list of the 5,000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies for 2014 and again in 2015.
