Sejdi of EPIC Commercial Realty arranges $1.3 million sale

Bronx, NY EPIC Commercial Realty sales associate Vlora Sejdi, has sold 617 East 179^th St. in East Tremont for $1.3 million. 

The property is a vacant four-story residential building with nine residential units, a majority of which are at fair market value. It is located between Arthur and Hughes Aves., within walking distance of St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx Zoo, Tremont Park, Crotona Park and the Tremont Metro-North railroad station.

Sejdi said, “The property’s several free market units made it extremely appealing to the buyer. The Bronx has seen a surge in both property value and rental prices recently, and free market units allow the buyers to realize almost immediate upside.”

East Tremont/Tremont is located in the west central part of the borough, within 20 minutes of Manhattan by train and subway. The main public transportation hubs are the B & D trains along Tremont Ave., the Tremont Metro-North railroad station and the BxM4 bus. The neighborhood also boasts easy access to the Cross Bronx Expressway. A majority of the housing in the area are pre-war tenement buildings and low-rise apartment buildings. The neighborhood is surrounded by green space through the Bronx Park, Crotona Park and Tremont Park. East Tremont/Tremont is one of the fastest growing areas in the borough.
