Bobertz named director of hotel development by Lightstone
New York, NY Lightstone, a national real estate investor/developer, has appointed Meghan Bobertz as a director of hotel development. Bobertz will handle hotel pre-development and development responsibilities for specific projects, which include managing and directing operational aspects of project design, start-up construction and land development in accordance with pre-development and construction schedules and budgets.
She will report into Christopher Baxter, senior vice president, hospitality.
Bobertz joins Lightstone after most recently serving as a vice president, construction at The Witkoff Group in New York, where she was responsible for project management, financial reporting and day-to-day design and construction management for on-going hotel developments. Earlier in her career, she was a project architect at firms in Chicago, IL and Cambridge, MA.
Bobertz graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture.
