340 14th Street, Park Slope - Brooklyn, NY
Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has been retained exclusively to sell a multifamily building at 340 14
th St., located between Sixth and Seventh Aves. in the Park Slope neighborhood. Adam Hess, along with his team, Eddie Setton and Kirill Galperin, are marketing the property.
“The prime location of this asset, just two blocks from Prospect Park, makes it a strong candidate for condo conversion or high-end rental, where both markets are robust,” said Adam Hess, Partner at TerraCRG.
The four-story multifamily building contains eight units, of which seven will be delivered vacant. The seven vacant units are currently being gut renovated and will consist of one approximately 1,300 s/f ground floor duplex with outdoor space and six approximately 790 s/f apartments with open floor plans, exposed brick and condo level finishes. Additionally, there will be access to an outdoor roof deck for the fourth floor apartments.
Originally slated for development as condos, there are approved plans for an occupied condo conversion. In addition to being situated two blocks from Prospect Park, the property is also a half-block from the Seventh Ave. retail corridor and two blocks from the F and G trains at 15
th Street. The 15
th Street Park Slope Armory YMCA, located just minutes away, offers state-of-the-art cardio fitness centers, free exercise classes and an indoor running track.
