Klosed Properties acquires 2427 Hoffman Street in the Bronx

Bronx, NY Klosed Properties has purchased 2427 Hoffman St. The property consists of nine apartments, which are large four-bedroom units, with a total of 9,500 s/f. The property is located close to Fordham University and will cater to students of the university. Klosed Propeties is looking to further expand their portfolio in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, & Manhattan. This closing marks their 4th acquisition of 2016, while they are currently under contract to purchase five additional properties.
