New York, NY Industry veteran Thomas Lloyd has joined CBRE Group, Inc. as a senior managing director, investor services, for the greater New York City region, which includes Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut.

Lloyd brings a wealth of property investment and management experience to his new role, most recently as senior director, Property Management, at Tishman Speyer. For more than a decade, Tom led all day-to-day operations for its prestigious real estate portfolio across the northeast region, including such iconic assets as Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building and the MetLife Building. In his role, Mr. Lloyd held responsibility for the daily management of 21 million square feet of Class A office assets in the Northeastern U.S., and directed a team of more than 100 property management professionals.
In tandem with focusing on Asset Services, Lloyd will play an integral role in coordinating the delivery of CBRE’s other investor lines of business, working out of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan offices at 200 Park Ave.

Lloyd graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego, and holds finance- and real estate-related professional certifications from New York University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and lives in Manhattan.
